New Day was formed in 2005, in an effort to help people alleviate chronic muscular pain, motivate them to live healthier and reach a more abundant life through stress reduction and an active lifestyle. Healthy joints need healthy muscles capable of maintaining posture and performimg appropriately when asked to move the body. Movement is the key to a healthy body and life!

My work has 2 components that overlap: Massage Therapy & Physical Fitness approach. I utilize manual therapy modalities, stretching and suggesting different strengthening techniques. My goal is to help correct muscle imbalances, weakness and poor posture. Helping my clients to move more efficiently with strength, coordination and balance.
